Lamb Dumplings

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Lamb
  • 1/4 tsp Five Spice
  • 1/4 tsp Sichuan Pepper Powder
  • 1/4 tsp White Pepper Powder
  • 1 tsp Grated Ginger
  • 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 150 ml Chicken Broth
  • 1 Chinese Leeks Finely Chopped
  • Dumpling Wrapper

Instructions

  1. Mix all the filling ingredients together, use hand to stir in circles in one direction, until it becomes a paste and it’s sticking to the side of the bowl.
  2. Drop filling into a dumpling wrapper and start wrapping!
  3. Boil water in a pot. When it’s boiled, drop dumplings. Add cold water when it starts boiling again. Repeat the cold water process twice.
  4. Serve with vinegar, or pan fry them for crispy skin!
