Lamb Dumplings
Ingredients
- 1 lb Ground Lamb
- 1/4 tsp Five Spice
- 1/4 tsp Sichuan Pepper Powder
- 1/4 tsp White Pepper Powder
- 1 tsp Grated Ginger
- 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 1 tsp Salt
- 150 ml Chicken Broth
- 1 Chinese Leeks Finely Chopped
- Dumpling Wrapper
Instructions
- Mix all the filling ingredients together, use hand to stir in circles in one direction, until it becomes a paste and it’s sticking to the side of the bowl.
- Drop filling into a dumpling wrapper and start wrapping!
- Boil water in a pot. When it’s boiled, drop dumplings. Add cold water when it starts boiling again. Repeat the cold water process twice.
- Serve with vinegar, or pan fry them for crispy skin!
