Cheese Biscuits
Ingredients
- 2 cups All Purpose Flour
- 1 tbsp Baking Powder
- 1 tsp Kosher Salt
- 320 ml Milk
- 1.5 cups Shreadded Cheese
Instructions
- Mix the flour, baking powder and salt together.
- Slowly work in the milk while mixing the above mixture. It should form a sticky dough like consistency. Set aside for now.
- Shreadded the cheese.
- Incorporate the cheese into the sticky dough mixture.
- On a baking sheet (two if needed) lined with parchment paper, scoop out the dough into balls and put them on the try, ensuring that they have some room in-between as they will spread out a little bit.
- Place the baking sheets with the biscuit dough into a pre-heated 375ºF and bake for a total of 20-25 minutes. Check in on the biscuits at the 15 minute mark and use your best judgement for how much remaining time is needed.

Notes
- Best to eat these when they are fresh out. They taste fine after being left out but isn’t optimal.
- Cheddar or marble cheese usually works best and produces the best colour/browning but parmesean would also work albeit saltier.
- If cut in half, goes nicely with some jam or peanut butter.
