Chili Ramen

Ingredients

  • 2 portions Frozen Ramen
  • 3 tbsp Sesame Paste or Peanut Butter
  • 1.5 tbsp Sesame Oil
  • 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1.5 tbsp Sugar
  • 2 tbsp Chili Oil (such as Lo Gao Mao)
  • 3 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • Green Onion (sliced) to garnish

Instructions

  1. Mix the sesame paste/peanut butter, sesame oil, soy sauce, sugar, chili oil and minced garlic. Set aside.
  2. Boil the ramen.
  3. Mix the sauce into the ramen and garnish with sliced green onions.

Notes

  • Simple dish. Can be a bit oily so can reduce the amount of sesame oil if you would like.
