Chili Ramen
Ingredients
- 2 portions Frozen Ramen
- 3 tbsp Sesame Paste or Peanut Butter
- 1.5 tbsp Sesame Oil
- 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 1.5 tbsp Sugar
- 2 tbsp Chili Oil (such as Lo Gao Mao)
- 3 cloves Garlic (minced)
- Green Onion (sliced) to garnish
Instructions
- Mix the sesame paste/peanut butter, sesame oil, soy sauce, sugar, chili oil and minced garlic. Set aside.
- Boil the ramen.
- Mix the sauce into the ramen and garnish with sliced green onions.

Notes
- Simple dish. Can be a bit oily so can reduce the amount of sesame oil if you would like.
