Hummus
Ingredients
- 3 cloves Garlic
- 1 can Chick Peas
- 3 tbsps Lemon Juice
- 4 tsps Sesame Oil
- 1 tsp Ground Cumin
- 0.125 cup Oil
- 0.25 cup Water
- Salt to taste
- Black Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Drain and rinse the chick peas.
- Add all the ingredients into a blender (i.e. Magic Bullet) and blend until smooth.
Notes
- Can adjust the amount of oil and water in order to get the desired consistency.
- Can sprinkle some paprika afterwards to make a more complex flavour.
