Hummus

Ingredients

  • 3 cloves Garlic
  • 1 can Chick Peas
  • 3 tbsps Lemon Juice
  • 4 tsps Sesame Oil
  • 1 tsp Ground Cumin
  • 0.125 cup Oil
  • 0.25 cup Water
  • Salt to taste
  • Black Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Drain and rinse the chick peas.
  2. Add all the ingredients into a blender (i.e. Magic Bullet) and blend until smooth.

Notes

  • Can adjust the amount of oil and water in order to get the desired consistency.
  • Can sprinkle some paprika afterwards to make a more complex flavour.
